Waterline construction to impact downtown traffic Sunday overnight

Traffic flow on South Roan Street between Buffalo Street and West State of Franklin Road will be impacted Sunday (March 28) beginning at 7 p.m. through Monday (March 29) at 7 a.m. while waterline construction takes place. Portions of this area will be closed to all traffic. Detours and signage will be in place for drivers. 

This work is part of the City of Johnson City’s Downtown Water and Wastewater System Improvements Project. Additional information about the Downtown Water and Wastewater System Improvements Project and updates to changes in traffic patterns will be available on the City’s website at www.johnsoncitytn.org/downtownimprovementsproject.
