City Commission reschedules one work session, adds another

The Johnson City Board of Commissioners has rescheduled Monday’s agenda review work session to Tuesday, Jan. 19 at 12:30 p.m. in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. A second work session will be held Thursday, Jan. 21 at 2:30 p.m. to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan and the possible creation of a Community Equity Advisory Board.

Both meetings will be held electronically, pursuant to Executive Order 71 issued by Gov. Bill Lee on Dec. 22, 2020. There will not be a physical location in order to protect public health, safety, and welfare. Citizens may access the meetings through the same means as regular meetings, via the City’s website at www.johnsoncitytn.org/streaming.
