City Commission to hold workshop/executive session and tour facilities Thursday;
hold regular meeting electronically

The Johnson City Board of Commissioners will hold a workshop/executive session on Thursday (Aug. 20) at 1 p.m. in the Administrative Conference Room of the Municipal and Safety Building, 601 E. Main St. Commissioners will leave this location at 3 p.m. for a tour of Liberty Bell Middle School and Pine Oaks Golf Course.

The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting on Thursday (Aug. 20) at 6 p.m. will take place electronically, pursuant to Executive Order 51, issued by Gov. Bill Lee on June 29, 2020. There will not be a physical location in order to protect public health, safety and welfare. An agenda for this meeting will be available at www.johnsoncitytn.org/citycommissionagendas and citizens may access this meeting via the City’s website at www.johnsoncitytn.org/streaming.
