Spring Street, one lane of State of Franklin closed for building repairs
Spring Street from Tipton Street to State of Franklin Road and one lane of State of Franklin Road at the northwest corner of State of Franklin and Spring are closed while building repairs are underway. Pedestrians and drivers are not to enter the closed roadways and sidewalk areas for their safety. The closure is expected to be in place until early next week.
