Portion of Welbourne Street closed for road work
Welbourne Street will be closed from East Millard Street to East Myrtle Avenue beginning Monday, March 29 through Monday, April 12. This area is closed to all traffic and emergency traffic will not be able to pass. All drivers are encouraged to avoid this area when possible.
