Sponsorship opportunities available for Fridays After 5 summer concert series
Downton Johnson City’s Main Street Program is thrilled to announce the upcoming Fridays After 5 summer concert series is returning with a full 10-week lineup.
Fridays After 5 (FA5) has become a community-driven event, bringing together residents and visitors alike for an unforgettable live music experience. This family-friendly series, held most Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in May, June, and July, offers a diverse range of local and regional music. This year’s line-up features local favorites The Kindest People and Jusfine as well as many new talents including regional bands Ashes and Arrows, Will Easter and the Nomads, and more.
The nonprofit Main Street Program – administered by the City of Johnson City and supported through Connect Downtown Johnson City, a501©3 – aims to bolster the downtown district by providing promotional materials and events that contribute to the economic vibrancy of the community. Funds raised through the Foundation are put back in to the community through the Main Street Program.
As FA5 gears up for another fantastic season, the Foundation is seeking sponsorships from businesses in Johnson City and the surrounding areas. Benefits of sponsorship include prominent exposure during the event and through various promotional channels, including event signage, social media, press releases, and more. This is a unique opportunity for your organization to gain exposure and connect with the community in a vibrant and engaging setting, which averages more than 2,000 in attendance for each concert. Partners thus far for this season include Yee Haw Brewing, Cherokee Distributing, Atlantic Ale House, Country Thunder, and Eastman Credit Union.
Promotions for Fridays After 5 concerts support downtown restaurants, shopping before the show, and repeat visitors to downtown which translates to a healthy economic impact. The series fosters greater livability and vibrancy for the district to promote local small business and public improvements.
A Fridays After 5 sponsorship will support a local tradition of community engagement that enhances the quality of life in Johnson City.
Sponsorship Levels and Benefits:
- Title Sponsor: Exclusive rights, prime logo placement, VIP perks, stage announcements, media coverage, and an invitation to the end of year banquet for eight.
- Half-Season Sponsor: Prominent logo placement, VIP perks for five nights, stage announcements for five nights, recognition in promotional materials, and an invitation to the end of year banquet for six.
- Weekly Sponsor: Stage announcements for one night, a VIP perk for one night, recognition in some promotional materials, and an invitation to the end of year banquet for four.
- Activity Sponsor: Intermission sponsor for children’s activities.
- Wristband Sponsor: Logo and/or coupon printed on 21 and over wristbands.
- Koozie Sponsor: Logo printed on free koozies weekly.
A Fridays After 5 sponsorship is 100 percent tax-deductible.
