Public Works to begin sidewalk installation on South Roan at University Parkway

Johnson City Public Works will begin sidewalk installation and maintenance causing temporary lane closures on South Roan Street at University Parkway on Monday, March 25. The daily lane closures will impact traffic between 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The estimated completion date is Friday, April 5, weather dependent.

Some sidewalk areas will be impassable. Motorists should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
