Carroll Creek Road lane closures to impact traffic near Winged Deer Park

Johnson City Public Works will require lane closures for shoulder maintenance on Carroll Creek Road to the east of Harbor Approach and between the two boat ramp entrances at Winged Deer Park beginning Monday, Feb. 12. The lane closures will impact traffic between 8 a.m.-3 p.m. The estimated completion date, weather dependent, is Friday, Feb. 16.

Motorists are encouraged to take an alternate route. Timberlake Road is a suggested detour for area residents. Flaggers will be present for motorists who cannot avoid the construction area.

Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
