Portion of South Roan to close Monday for conduit installation
The Johnson City Public Works Department will close a portion of South Roan Street between West State of Franklin Road and West Walnut Street for conduit installation beginning Monday, Aug. 14 at 8:30 a.m. This project is expected to be complete by Friday, Aug. 18 at 5 p.m.
Detour signs will be in place.
Motorists should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
