Eastbound lane closure on West State of Franklin to begin Monday
Johnson City Public Works will close one eastbound lane of traffic on West State of Franklin Road near Earnest Street Monday, July 10. The lane closure will remain in place until July 14 or when related work is complete.
Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
