| TargetAreas Purpose is to identify and map low to moderate income levels in the Johnson City Area as determined from Census Data, using tract data. These areas were then 'targeted' to received money for low income or assisted housing. Ten areas were identified in the mid 1990's by Community Development. These were modified slightly in the early 2000's and 2010's from newer census data. |
