Crafty Creations

Do you love drawing, painting, and creating things? If so, join us! We will be learning about different art mediums and creating fun projects. This program is designed specifically for individuals with special needs. Caregivers are welcome, as no personal care will be provided. 
 
Fitness Fun!

Start your week by strengthening and stretching your body to stay healthy! We will be using resistance bands, light weights, and other low-impact equipment. Please wear appropriate clothing, a refillable water bottle, and athletic shoes! This program is designed specifically for individuals with special needs. Caregivers are welcome, as no personal care will be provided.

Join us on the last Friday of each month for some family-friendly fun! Each month’s event will have different themes and activities for families to participate in, such as a scavenger hunt, craft and movie night, and board games. This program is designed specifically for individuals with special needs and their families. 
 
Cooking Matters for Teens

Want to learn your way around the kitchen and make yummy treats? Join our beginner cooking class! This therapeutic recreation program is partnering with Washington County UT Extension to teach basic cooking skills to individuals with special needs. Caregivers are welcome, as no personal care will be provided. 
 
March Madness Basketball Clinic

Nature Walk Series

Wear your walking shoes and join us on this weekly outing! We will walk on paved trails, discuss a new nature topic each week, and do a short activity. Please preregister, as spaces are limited. Superstar Cheer
