Girls on the Run reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening, their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. Understanding the important connection between physical and emotional health. The program addresses the whole girl when she needs it the most.

Funny name, addictive game! Pickle ball is played on a badminton-sized court: 20’ x 44,’ with a whiffle ball type ball, a square ping pong paddle, and the net lowered like a tennis net. The first side scoring eleven points and leading by at least two points wins. Pickle ball can be played with singles or doubles. Pickle ball can be as fast or slow as you want it and is very kind to beginners.
