OPEN VOLLEYBALL

Everyone is welcome! For a beginner, it’s a great way to work on your volleyball skills while having fun. 

OPEN GAME NIGHT

Cost: Free

Families will have the opportunity to use the gym for a variety of sports and games such as dodgeball, badminton, putt-putt, kickball, 4squares, etc. Join us for a great night filled with laughter and friendly fun.

OPEN GYM

Court one is set aside for shoot around basketball and court two will be available for open run. Times and days are subject to change during programs and/or events.

OPEN PICKLEBALL

Funny name, addictive game! Pickleball is played on a badminton-sized court: 20’ x 44’, with a whiffle ball type ball, a square ping pong paddle and the net lowered like tennis. The first side scoring eleven points and leading by at least two points wins. Pickleball can be played single or double. It can be slow or as fast as you want and is very kind to beginners.

START SMART SOCCER

This NAYS program is played with parent participation. This 6 week session will teach the basic rules and sills of the game in a safe and healthy environment. Register for all four Start Smart programs and be eligible for a prize. 

START SMART BASKETBALL

All you need is courage! Rugby is actually an Olympic sport and in this clinic you will learn the basic skills needed and have fun1 This will be touch rugby only. Clinics will teach how to pass and receive, how to attach on offense, how to play defense and we will finish with a game of touch rugby. The only equipment needed is cleats and mouth guard. 

TENNIS

Together we will learn the basics and fundamentals of sports including basketball, football, soccer, baseball, golf, recreational sports and playground games. This class encourages team building, sportsmanship and fair play.
