Chess Club

Learn the game of kings. Chess helps to develop five areas of the brain while impeding the development of diseases such as Alzheimer’s in seniors. No matter what age chess benefits your “Brain Fitness” and performance.

Adventures in the Kitchen is a series of six hands-on cooking lessons created by the University of Tennessee Extension. Lessons last approximately 1-1.5 hours. Children who participate in Adventures in the Kitchen will learn: cooking skills, kitchen safety, nutrition, and physical activity. Minimum of three children must register.
