The weight room is designed for Fitness & Health. A universal weight station, Free weights, Bench Press & Squat Bar Included.

Yoga “Just Breathe”
Location: Memorial Park Community Center

Join us for a breath of fresh air as we explore the world of yoga postures, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. The class will also include gentle martial arts movement and poses. Focus is on precise alignment of postures, emphasizing body awareness and mental clarity.

This is a fun outside fitness class that involves steps and movement using interval training. Be ready to move and get in shape with cardio and strength training. Class will be canceled for inclement weather.

A one-hour class that combines brain health practices with active movement for your body. Movement includes light to mid cardio (your choice!), range of motion, and balance work. Class is adaptable to all fitness and ability levels

Want to learn how to belly dance while also getting in great shape and exercising? This fun and energizing class will leave you feeling energized and enthused about your workout.

Champions of the court
Location: Memorial Park Community Center, Outdoor Pickleball Courts
Date: Mondays, starting April 15
Time: 6-8:30pm
Ages: 18+
Cost: Free

Who will be the Champions of the court? Players can register for one week of play at a time. Playing partners and court position will be randomly selected for all participants. Games begin promptly at 6pm.

pickleball 101 evening series

Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 25, 30,

Learn the basics of playing pickleball. The sessions will build on each other to have a full understanding of the game by the end of the program.

Get more done in less time! This class will make the most of 10 minutes of HIIT cardio, 10 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of core balance and abs. Class includes a fun warmup and relaxing final stretch, all in a total of 40 minutes.

Meet us at the park for a workout and enjoy the beautiful setting as you get into shape. You won’t even feel like you’re working out with all the beautiful scenery. Locations will vary each month.
