Portion of Welbourne Street to remain closed for road work
Welbourne Street will remain closed from East Millard Street to East Myrtle Avenue through Wednesday, June 16. This area is closed to all traffic, and emergency traffic will not be able to pass. All drivers are encouraged to avoid this area when possible.
