Repair work to close section of East Main Street
Both lanes of traffic on East Main Street between Buffalo Street and South Roan Street will be closed Tuesday (May 25) beginning at 7 a.m. while waterline repair work takes place. Emergency traffic will not be able to pass. The left lane is expected to reopen at 11 a.m. and both lanes will reopen at 4 p.m.
Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
