PAW Patrol Live! at Freedom Hall rescheduled
Show dates moved to Aug. 25 & 26
VStar Entertainment Group announces today the PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” performances originally scheduled for April 21-22, 2020 at Freedom Hall have been rescheduled and rebooked as PAW Patrol Live! “Race to the Rescue” taking place August 25-26, 2020. This announcement comes following cancellations and/or postponement of numerous VStar Entertainment shows across the country due to COVID-19.
Tickets for the original April 2020 dates will still be honored and valid for the rescheduled performances. There is currently no action required by the patron. Rescheduled showtimes will correspond to the original showtimes and can be found below. If ticket holders cannot make the rescheduled show date, refunds are available at the original point of purchase until April 10, 2020 @ 4:00 pm.

Patrons who purchased tickets through Freedom Hall and wish to receive a refund should contact the Freedom Hall Box office at 423-461-4884. Patrons who purchased tickets online and wish to receive a refund should contact ETIX at 800-514-3849 or email Etix Customer Support at support@etix.com.
Refundswill be given as follows: Tickets purchased by credit/debit card will have a credit issued to that same card and a receipt will be mailed following processing. If for some reason, the card that was used to purchase tickets is no longer active, a check will be sent from the City of Johnson City to the original cardholder. Tickets purchased by cash will receive a check from the City of Johnson City along with a receipt.
