Johnson City, TN– (March 25, 2020) — In light of ongoing developments resulting from the Coronavirus and recommended provisions, the Gary Allan concert scheduled for April 17th at Freedom Hall has been postponed until November 7th.
Tickets for the originally scheduled April 17, 2020, show will be honored at the November 7, 2020 concert.
If you cannot make it to the rescheduled event, you can receive a refund at the location where you purchased your tickets. Patrons who purchased tickets through Freedom Hall and wish to receive a refund should contact the Freedom Hall Box office at 423-461-4884. Patrons who purchased tickets online and wish to receive a refund should contact ETIX at 800-514-3849 or email Etix Customer Support at support@etix.com
Refunds will only be available through April 7, 2020 and will be given as follows: Tickets purchased by credit/debit card will have a credit issued to that same card and a receipt will be mailed following processing. If for some reason, the card that was used to purchase tickets is no longer active, a check will be sent from the City of Johnson City to the original cardholder. Tickets purchased by cash will receive a check from the City of Johnson City along with a receipt.
