The Johnson City Historic Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Policy 10A – Signage of the Downtown Historic District Design Guidelines at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 23 in the Municipal and Safety Building.

The purpose of this update to the Design Guidelines is to continue to provide greater clarity for new businesses and those wishing to install signs in Downtown Johnson City. Copies of the proposed language is available upon request from the City’s Planning Division. Please email Matt Manley at for more information.
