Road construction to impact traffic on portion of North Roan Street
Johnson City’s Public Works Department will be paving and milling along Spring City Drive from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, May 5. Motorists can expect temporary northbound lane closures on North Roan Street in the area of Spring City Drive.
Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
