Programs

The Seniors' Center reaffirms its policies to afford all individuals the opportunity to participate in federal financially assisted programs and adopts the following provision:

"No person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance."

This policy applies to all programs and services operated by the City of Johnson City acting through it Seniors' Center.
