| HOURS OF OPERATION The Liberty Bell Track & Soccer Facility is located on the Liberty Bell Complex and is typically open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week. Hours of operation will vary according to weather, seasons and scheduled track & field or soccer events. The facility will be closed to public walking, jogging and running during scheduled events. To help protect the track surface and reduce wear on competition lanes, the public is asked to walk or run on lanes 7 through 9. The turf infield is for scheduled competitive track or soccer events only. Team or community group practices or recreational play are prohibited without the consent of Freedom Hall management. In the spring, (March through May), revised community hours for weekdays are 7:30 am until 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Weekend hours are 7:30 pm until 10:00 pm. During these same months, team track practice hours for Science Hill High School, Indian Trail Middle School and East Tennessee State University will be held weekdays 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm. In mid-December, the Liberty Bell Track and Soccer Facility public restrooms (located on the lower east side of the track near the Vocational School), will be closed due to the potential for freezing temperatures and frozen water pipes. These restroom facilities will remain closed throughout the winter months but the restrooms located at the pavilion on the upper west side of the track near Liberty Bell Boulevard will be available for public use 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day.
