Traffic Division
The Traffic Division is a division of the Johnson City Public Works Department. The Traffic Division adheres to the standards of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for the installation and maintenance of traffic control devices. The MUTCD is a national standard to provide consistency in the types, sizes and placement of signs, signals and pavement markings.
