The Johnson City Zoning Code establishes various classes of zoning districts, land use classifications, land use regulations, and development standards. Its purpose is to protect and promote the public health, safety, and general welfare, and to foster quality development through the implementation of policies adopted under the General Plan. This online version of the Johnson City Zoning Code is provided as a reference. If there is a discrepancy between this version and the master paper version, the master paper version in the Planning Department should be considered the authority. The Johnson City Zoning Code was last revised in December 2002. |
