Box Office Info| HOURS OF OPERATION The Box Office is located in the outer concourse at Section 24 and is open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, except holidays. The Box Office is also open on Saturdays and Sundays if a ticketed event is scheduled for those days or if the first day of ticket sales for an event falls on that day. For pre-paid ticket pickup, a WILL CALL booth is located outside the building on the southeast corner of Freedom Hall. Day of show Box Office hours will be extended as needed. For pre-paid ticket pickup during normal business hours, patrons should go to the Box Office inside the building. |
| TICKET PURCHASES Tickets may be purchased at the Freedom Hall Box Office with cash, money orders or VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Credit card purchases, whether over the phone or at the Box Office, will be subject to a $2 per ticket convenience fee in order to cover credit card processing costs. Money orders must be made payable to Freedom Hall Civic Center. Personal checks will not be accepted for General Admission tickets but will be accepted for Reserved Seat tickets from the On Sale date until 8 days prior to the event. Personal checks will not be accepted in the last week prior to the event. |
| CONDITIONS OF SALE Ticket policies may vary according to each specific event. Generally, children 2 years of age or older must have a ticket for admission. Some events may require children less than 2 to purchase a ticket. Patrons over 12 years of age are usually required to purchase an adult ticket. Events, times and dates are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. |
