Refund Policy
Refund Policy| Tickets, once purchased, are refundable only if an event is cancelled or postponed. In the event of cancellation or postponement, all tickets will be refunded at Freedom Hall Civic Center. The refund will be limited to the purchase price printed on the ticket. Tickets will be refunded for a period of 60 calendar days following notification of cancellation. In the event of a postponement, tickets will be refunded for a period of 10 business days following notification. Refunds are also available by mail. Please include the following: the tickets to be refunded, name, address, daytime telephone number and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. For more information, please contact the Box Office. ** Ticket outlets cannot refund. ** Outlet handling fees are non-refundable. ** Surcharges and/or handling fees incurred with online ticket sales are non-refundable. |
