Phone/Mail/Fax Orders| TO CHARGE TICKETS BY PHONE Patrons must have a VISA, Mastercard or Discover credit card and call the Box Office at (423) 461-4884 during business hours. All credit card purchases will be subject to a $2 per ticket convenience fee in order to cover credit card processing costs. TO ORDER TICKETS BY FAX Patrons must have a VISA, Mastercard or Discover credit card and call the Box Office fax line at (423) 975-2559. The following information will be required: Credit card number, expiration date, full name of cardholder, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, name of event, number of adult and children’s tickets requested, total quantity of tickets and any special seating needs or requests. TO ORDER TICKETS BY MAIL Patrons may send a personal check (Reserved Seat events only) or money order made payable to Freedom Hall Civic Center. The following information will be required: Full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, name of event, number of adult and children’s tickets requested, total quantity of tickets and any special seating needs or requests. The check or money order should be mailed to: Freedom Hall Civic Center, Liberty Bell Boulevard, Johnson City, TN, 37604. Phone, fax and mail orders will be mailed the next business day unless Box Office pickup is requested. ** All General Admission tickets ordered will be held at the Box Office. ** All Reserved Seat ticket orders received less than 8 days prior to the event will also automatically be held for pickup at the Box Office. ** A photo ID and the credit card used for purchase must be shown to pick up the tickets. Only the person(s) whose name appears on the order will be allowed to pick up tickets unless the Box Office has received prior notification. ** Unclaimed tickets are non-refundable. |
