Special Needs

Freedom Hall values all of its patrons and will make every effort to accommodate patrons with special needs if possible. Patrons should call the Box Office at (423) 461-4884 for more specific information regarding special seating and accommodations.
VISION
Visually impaired patrons should contact the Box Office prior to purchasing tickets to check on the availability of special seating.
HEARING
Freedom Hall Civic Center is equipped with a hearing enhancement system to assist our guests who have hearing difficulties. This system is available free of charge. Headsets may be obtained upon request at the Freedom Hall Box Office prior to the start of the event. An acceptable form of identification (i.e., driver’s license, social security card, etc.) will be held as collateral.
PHYSICAL
Seating areas, for patrons using wheelchairs and for patrons with mobility or health problems that preclude them from climbing steps, are located in the top three rows of Lower Level Sections 2 and 26. Wheelchair seats are designated as such (on Reserved Seat shows) and must be obtained from the Box Office. They are typically sold in pairs, one for the person in the wheelchair and the other for an escort. Any additional members in their party will be seated as closely as possible to them. Wheelchair seating is limited and as such, is sold on a first come, first served basis.
For General Admission events, patrons using wheelchairs will purchase a General Admission ticket but will be allowed to enter the event with an escort approximately 5-10 minutes prior to the doors opening to allow them time to be seated.
