The Human Resources Department is the focal point for all City employees. The responsibilities of this department include recruitment of qualified employees for all departments, new employee orientation, in-house training and professional development, and maintaining complete and accurate employee records. The department strives to ensure position classification is properly maintained, so that employees are evaluated and compensated appropriately.
The Human Resources Department accepts applications for currently posted positions only. Applications may be filled out in person at our office, located in the lower level of the Municipal and Safety Building, 601 E. Main St., or online. Online access is a free service provided here on our Web site or at our public computer, located just outside our office in the lower level lobby.
